1. Identification of the Data Controller PAQPAQ is a platform operated by Aranzazú Gamboa Andrade, an individual with business activity, RFC GAAA950818GD7. Contact: hola@paqpaq.mx / WhatsApp +52 614 277 8738. By using the platform, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of the Service PAQPAQ is a technology platform that allows users to quote, generate, and manage domestic shipping labels through various logistics operators ("the Provider" or "Logistics Operator"). PAQPAQ acts as a technology intermediary; the physical transportation of packages is carried out by the corresponding Logistics Operator. The service is available only for shipments within Mexican national territory.

3. Registration and Identity Verification To use the platform, the User must create an account and complete an identity verification process. This process includes capturing an official voter ID (INE) and a short video taken at the time of registration. Verification is performed internally by PAQPAQ. The video constitutes sensitive biometric data and its processing is governed by the Privacy Notice, requiring the User's express and separate consent.

4. User Account The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out on their account. PAQPAQ offers a password change option in the Security section. The User must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

5. Balance and Payments Use of the service requires a prepaid balance. The minimum top-up is $500.00 MXN. Payments are processed through the payment provider Stripe; PAQPAQ does not store full card data. The balance is for exclusive use within the platform.

6. Generating Shipping Labels When generating a shipping label, the User declares that the origin, destination, content, weight, and dimension information is correct. The cost of the shipment is determined at the time of quoting, according to the selected Logistics Operator.

6.1 Ecommerce Platform Integrations By connecting an online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, TikTok Shop, Wix, or other platforms PAQPAQ may integrate in the future), the User authorizes PAQPAQ to receive from that platform the data necessary to generate their shipments: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address of their buyers, as well as the products and total of each order.

For purposes of this data, PAQPAQ acts as a data processor on behalf of the User; the User retains the role of data controller with respect to their own buyers and is responsible for informing them, in their own privacy notice, that they use logistics providers such as PAQPAQ to process and track their shipments.

PAQPAQ uses this data solely to: (i) generate the shipping label, (ii) print the label, (iii) notify the buyer of their package tracking, and (iv) mark the order as shipped in the User's store. PAQPAQ does not use this data for advertising purposes or for any purpose other than those stated here, and does not share it with third parties other than the Logistics Operator that physically delivers the package.

PAQPAQ is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data transmitted by the connected ecommerce platform (for example, an address incorrectly entered by the buyer at the time of purchase); such data is processed as received from the integration.

Buyer data is automatically deleted 90 calendar days after the order is received. After that period, PAQPAQ retains only the order number, products, total, date, and the link to the shipping label; the label itself is retained in accordance with the period set out in Section 9 of the Privacy Notice. This data is also deleted before that period upon the User's request or when the connected platform sends a deletion request.

Disconnecting an integration does not retroactively delete data already used for previously generated shipping labels; such data will continue to follow the retention period described here.

Some platform and integration providers may store or process data on servers located outside Mexico. By connecting an integration, the User acknowledges and accepts this international transfer as necessary for the provision of the service.

7. "Protege tu envío" (Shipment Protection) "Protege tu envío" is an optional protection service costing $35.00 MXN per shipment, managed through a third-party Provider. It is not an insurance contract nor does it replace the purchase of insurance. The User must declare the value to be protected for the package. Coverage, exclusions, and maximum amounts are governed by the Provider's terms. In the event of theft or damage, the claim is subject to the Provider's evaluation and resolution.

8. Additional Charges The Logistics Operator may apply additional charges for excess weight or discrepancies between declared and actual dimensions. Such charges will be deducted from the User's balance.

9. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation of a shipping label is requested by the User and is subject to approval by the Logistics Operator. If the cancellation is approved, the corresponding amount is refunded to the User's balance within the platform. The "Protege tu envío" charge ($35.00 MXN) is refunded only if the Provider reimburses it.

10. Returns (Reverse Logistics) The "Return" feature generates a reverse logistics shipping label and does not constitute a "Protege tu envío" claim.

11. User Obligations and Restrictions The User agrees not to ship prohibited, illegal, or restricted merchandise, and to comply with applicable regulations. Resale or commercialization of the service to third parties without PAQPAQ's express authorization is prohibited.

12. Intellectual Property All rights to the platform, brand, software, and content belong to PAQPAQ. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability PAQPAQ acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for acts or omissions of the Logistics Operator. Liability for loss or damage to packages is governed by the terms of the Logistics Operator and, where applicable, the "Protege tu envío" service.

14. Personal Data Protection The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice available on the platform.

15. Modifications PAQPAQ may modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on the platform and will take effect upon publication.

16. Term and Termination PAQPAQ may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

17. Consumer Protection Nothing in these Terms limits the non-waivable rights that the Federal Consumer Protection Law grants to the User, nor the User's right to file a complaint with PROFECO.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Durango City, Durango, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them, except for the non-waivable rights that consumer protection legislation grants to the User.
